Donald is Managing Partner at Milestone Holding, which he founded in 2025. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm, including deal origination, structuring, financing, and operating activities.

Prior to Milestone, Donald was a Partner at Finch Investment Group (“FIG”) where he worked for nine years. At FIG, he was responsible for growing the group’s core tax lien investment fund, helping expand the platform from 5 to 20 markets and increasing AUM from $50 million to over $300 million. During his tenure at FIG, Donald helped raise, deploy, and service over $2 billion in investor equity and debt capital, while maintaining or exceeding the fund’s targeted net return to investors every year. He also helped the fund participate in 3 separate successful securitizations and was elected to the Board of Directors for the NTLA (trade association).

During Donald’s final two years at FIG, he served as CEO of the group’s new investment arm focused on M&A in the real estate services, government services, and financial services sectors.

Donald’s work experience outside of FIG includes Angie’s List, Deutsche Bank and the ATP Tour.

He received his B.A. in History from Davidson College (2005), where he was a scholarship tennis player, and earned his MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business (2013).
